The Effectiveness of Academic Information System Utilization and Digital Literacy as the Efforts to Improve Students’ Service Quality

The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness Academic Information Sytem and Digital Literacy utilized serve students Faculty Education Muhammadiyah University Jakarta. This applied quantitative descriptive method which involved 90 as respondents selected randomly. In collecting data, a-5 Likert-scale questionnaire measuring influence digital literacy, academic information system students’ attitudes toward service quality satisfaction was used instrument in data. data then being analyzed through t-test path analysis. results study proved that those two variables were correlated positively significantly statistical analysis resulted tcal>Ttable=2.77>1.98 Pvalue<0.05=0.006<0.05), while effort improving students, very high significant also obtained, proven by test (69.969>1.98 0.000<0.05). These findings strengthened System literacy achieved scores 2.803>1.98, 0.005<0.05.
